At MightLights, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected, and we want to ensure your experience is smooth and fair. Please review our policy below for returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Eligibility for Return & Exchange
Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product falls into one of the following categories:
Damaged Product
Dead on Arrival
Manufacturing Defect
Incomplete Product
Incorrect Product
Expired Product
If your order meets any of the above conditions, please raise a request via our Return Section on the website or contact our Customer Care Team within 7 days of delivery.
Return Process
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items purchased from our official website. Items must be returned in their original condition with packaging intact to qualify for a refund or exchange.
Return Methods:
Pick-Up Service: Available in most pin codes across India. When submitting your return request, choose the pickup option if available in your area.
Self-Ship: If pickup is not available at your location, you may ship the product to us using a reliable courier.
We will reimburse courier charges (up to ₹250) after the product passes our quality check.

Return Conditions & Exceptions
Only products purchased through our official website are eligible. Products bought via third-party distributors must be returned through the same channel.
Courier partners will accept only items that were included in the original return request. Any mismatch will be subject to internal investigation.
If the wrong product was ordered by the customer, or if the return is due to a change of mind, return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
Quality Check & Refunds
Once the returned product is received, it will undergo a quality inspection:
If it passes, we will issue a refund via your original payment method, or exchange the product as requested.
If it fails the quality check, the item will be shipped back to you, and no refund will be processed.
Refund Will Be credited Within 2 to 7 days.
Modification & Cancellation Policy
Modifications to orders are allowed within 24 hours of order placement, provided the order hasn’t been shipped.
Order Cancellations must be made within 24 hours.
